- I’m afraid I can’t do that sir. They will leave a card for you with contact detail and you can call them whenever you’re back.

- Errm, but I’m actually calling to avoid all this hassle. Instead of calling you when I’m back, I’m calling you right now. A week earlier.

- Yes, I understand that. But the problem is, errm, our system won’t let me change the delivery date. So there is nothing that I can do unfortunately.

- Errm, O.K! Will I be charged for the second delivery?

- No sir, you won’t be charged.

- O.K! Thanks anyway.
