- Good morning sir, my name is Trevor. I’m calling from [bleep] delivery services. I was told that you haven’t received you packages yet.

- That’s right.

- Well, sir, we’ve left you 3 cards so far and haven’t received any phone call from you yet. I was wondering…

- Errm, I’m afraid I haven’t received any card.

- Hmm, can you just confirm your address for me please sir.

- [...confirming address...]

- So it’s not 4, blahblah road?!

- Nope, it’s 4, blahblah house, blahblah road!

- I see, you must have given the wrong address, then.

- That’s simply impossible. I’ve given the same address as the one on my credit card bill. The trasaction wouldn’t have gone through otherwise.

- Aaah, that’s right. Must be the system’s fault, again! Anyway, I’m afraid your packages are not on the road today, but you will defenetely receive them on Monday. I personally guarantee that.
