The guy who stole my post was so dump I cannot even describe. After he acused ME of stealing HIS text, I asked him: "why is the photo linked to my blog, then?!" He left the chat and blocked my ID!!!

Write an email to Live Space "abuse" team (there is a "report abuse" link under each page). Give them the original link to your own blog post as well as the link to the stolen material. They have to reply to you, even if it's only a stolen paragraph!

I also had a similar case on Flickr. Some weirdo uploaded one of my photos as his own (plus 14 other random photos of other people!). I tracked every single photo down and found the original photographers. We all send individual "Notice of Infringements" to Yahoo and everything was sorted out in just a couple of days. He was kicked out of flickr. They are so tired and scared of getting sued that they have a 24/7 team for these kind of stuff. Write to them. It's worth the 5 minutes you are going to spend typing!!!

Oh, and the funny thing is that the flickr moron also acused ME of stealing HIS photograph!

That's really annoying!

Someone did the same thing to me - copied an aviation post into his Windows Live Spaces page and didn't give me any credit.

I decide it wasn't worth complaining about though.

Glad you got it removed.
