Dick!
Unlike his boss, Dick Cheney is a very smart man. He’s a dick, of course, but he’s a smart one! And governments need smart people. Everybody knows that the one reason Saddam remained in power after the first Gulf War was that the yanks needed him. Not only because they needed an evil to balance their games, but also because he was the only person who could deal with Iraqis. Dick said it in 94 and Norman Schwarzkopf, commander of the Coalition Forces in the 91 Gulf War, agreed with him.
But hey, things change and people change… You can’t just go around and blame everything on Dick. He’s a human being, after all… Or is he?!!! Hmm…
