And The Winners Are…!

My top three favorite blog posts of the Tips & Tricks project are:

  • Lillie Ammann’s “How to Write, Send, Reply, and Forward E-Mail. 90% of the emails I get are rubbish! I’m not talking about spams. I’m talking about the usual emails that friends and colleagues send to me. My name is either spelled wrong or all the characters are written in lower case. Punctuations are awful. There are no subjects or if there is any, it’s useless (e.g. “hi”). Every time I read one of these emails I feel like the sender is standing in front of me and is talking with his mouth full of biscuits and snot running down his nose! If you don’t have enough common sense to understand these simple things, read Lillie’s post until you know it by heart. And stop spitting!

That’s about it. There were also two more that I really liked. But Gold, Silver and Bronze goes to the above three. Top three are addedd to my blogroll. 4th and 5th place win a chocolate bar each!

I actually wrote a speech on the off chance that I would win, but I REALLY never expected it … but look at me know … I’m so emotional, I can’t even read this stuff …

Oh! How could I forget?! A big thank you goes out to Jimbo, my agent, for putting up with my star tantrums, dealing with all those angry mobs, including me in his blogroll, and being just the bestest friend anyone could ever have … *SOB* I love you MAN!! …

What else was I going to say … Oh yes! … I’d like to say … What? … Oh! They’ve started playing the music already … well ladies, gentlemen, and fans, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I accept this award in the name of all the suffering liberal-facist-etymologists out there!

    THANK YOU!
