It's kindda functioning at the moment and is not as useless as it was on their beta release. Still though, every once in a while spam posts or broken links come up on the widget and you need to keep updating your filters all the time. Regarding web traffic, last time I checked, I had one or two visitors per day! Considering that I haven't updated my blog that much recently, I cannot comment whether it works or not!
